1. Why should your company provide fruit to its employees?
Research from around the world as shown, that employees would find it more attractive to work for an employer who supported employee health and wellbeing. Fresh fruit is a great way to help create a healthier workplace, improve your staff morale, increase office productivity and reduce absenteeism
2. Why should you choose Fruit Break?
Unlike our competitors we purchase our fruit based on quality not price, so we always purchased the best quality fruit available at the markets for our fruit baskets. Fruit Break is a small family run local business in Perth (WA) and we oversee the fruit orders from market to delivery. We know our customers.
3. Do I have to have a weekly delivery?
Whilst most of our customers enjoy weekly deliveries of their fresh fruit, we can also provide deliveries on a fortnightly basis, *min box size $50*. We can also do one-off special orders, *min box size $50*. Call or e-mail us to discuss your specific needs.
4. How can I order from you?
You can either e-mail us your contact details and we will call or e-mail you ASAP or you can give us a call. We want to ensure we get your fruit delivery just right - in terms of quantity, delivery days, order splits, labeling requirements.
5. What payment options are available?
You can pay by cheque, direct deposit into our account or credit card. Minimum order of $100/week required for credit card payments. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge a surcharge for any credit card type.
6. Am I locked into a contract or can I change or stop my order?
There are no contracts and you have complete flexibility to change or stop your fruit basket delivery service at any time. Simply call or send an email to advise us of any changing requirement. All we ask is that you give us at least 2 business day’s notice to cancel an order.
7. Can I change the delivery date once I have placed an order?
Yes. Send use an email preferably no later than 2 business day’s prior to your original delivery date.
8. What areas do you currently deliver to and what time do you deliver?
We are small local business who delivers in Perth CBD (WA) and outer commercial districts. We aim to deliver your fruit between 6:30am - 10.30am in the city and 6.30 am - 12.00 noon in the outer commercial areas.
9. What happens if my regular delivery day coincides with a public or industry holiday?
If your regular delivery happens to coincide with a Public Holiday for your location, we will deliver your fruit the following day
10. Can I leave my empty box out for you to collect next time?
Yes, we will collect them for recycling.
